From our starting point at Summit we crossed the canal and headed north to light hazzles farm and over some rough terrain towards the working quarry, which we bypassed by going down the access road.

Passing through part of back barn wood we came to Warland gate, passing warland corner shop and into Warland wood. After a short break we then turned south and downwards toward the canal towpath to return to our start point. 7500 steps or 3 miles in and hour and threequarters.
